What to Include in the Project for Best Results

Maximize your dedicated team's efficiency by creating clear projects that include essential details like the title, type, description, and required deliverables. Utilize features like priority settings, Brand Profiles, stock asset libraries, and AI tools to provide complete guidance and assets upfront.

Including everything your dedicated creative team will need upfront can help you maximize your hours. To get a project started, you will need to create a project.

Starting The Project

  • Project Title: Give the project a clear name (e.g., Black Friday Sale Instagram Post).
  • Project Type: Select the appropriate category (e.g., Graphic Design, Copywriting).
  • Description: Clearly describe what you need designed.
  • Deliverables: List the exact outputs (e.g., 3 Instagram Reels, vectorized logo).
  • Sizes and Formats: Specify the required dimensions and file types (e.g., 1080x1080 PNG).

Setting Priority and Visibility

  • Position in Queue: This section allows you to set the priority of your project. Your queue is completed in order: #1 first, then #2, and so on, ensuring your most urgent work is handled first.

Note: If no position is specified, the projects that were created first will be prioritized.

  • Tags: Use the Tags section to add keywords that help categorize your project (e.g., "Facebook Ad," "Product Launch," or "Q4 Marketing"). Type a tag and press Enter to add it.

Essential Assets and Guidance

  • Brand Profiles: Attach or create a Brand Profile to provide instant access to your style guides, brand colors, fonts, tone of voice, and other key preferences. Don't have brand assets yet? No worries, we can help you create a brand guide. 
  • AI Project Generation: You can start a project by providing a direct request and using the “AI, Do Your Thing” feature to automatically generate detailed or direct project directions using basic instructions.
  • Stock Photos and Footage: If required, stock photos and footage are available with every plan, and you can browse for and include them directly in your project. If you don’t add any, your team will find relevant assets for you. 
  • Project Files: Upload all necessary files (images, documents, etc.) directly using the Upload File button.
  • AI Tools: Use the AI tool section to generate images and copy ideas, ensuring your team always has content ready to work on. You receive 20 daily AI credits to use as needed!
