Understanding Turnaround Times: What to Expect and How to Plan Ahead
Flocksy projects are managed based on your daily reserved hours, with same-day progress provided for requests submitted before 12 pm EST, and full visibility into tracked time available in the project's details tab. To plan ahead and ensure efficiency, utilize your Production Coordinator, involve your Art Director for brand consistency, and manage revision time within your daily hours.
When your creative team begins a new project, they will provide a time estimate based on the scope of the request and the dedicated daily hours included in your plan.
How Project Timelines Work
- Daily Hours & Cut-off: Progress is based on your daily reserved hours. Projects submitted before 12 pm EST receive same-day progress.
- Tracking: You'll have full visibility into progress as your team posts daily updates and tracks time (e.g., Total Time: 2h 10m).
- To see a project’s tracked time, you would click into the project, then navigate to the “Details” tab. The “Tracked Time” can be found on the right-hand side of the “Details”.
- Priority: You can set the priority of projects, which are prioritized numerically in the queue. Your queue is reviewed daily by your dedicated team.

Add a dedicated Production Coordinator to any plan that doesn't include it for $950/month after signing up.
- Involve Your Art Director (AD): The Art Director (AD) is included at no additional cost with all plans of 6+ daily hours. Your Art Director is key to ensuring proper brand use across multiple brands and maintaining consistency across different categories. Add a dedicated Art Director to any plan that doesn't include it for $950/month after signing up.
- Share Without Branding: You can share final assets using the Share Without Branding feature to gather anonymous feedback from colleagues or clients easily.
- Unlimited Revisions: All projects include unlimited revisions as long as your subscription is active. Keep in mind that revisions count toward your daily hours and will affect the final delivery date.
