Your Dedicated Team Structure

• Consistency: You are matched with a dedicated team of creatives across all project categories (e.g., logo design, blog post writing, social media videos). This allows them to quickly learn your brand voice and preferences.
• Collaboration: When a project needs multiple asset types (copy, graphics, video), your dedicated creative team will collaborate across disciplines within the same project to ensure everything comes together smoothly.
• Output: We use up to two creatives from different disciplines (graphic design, custom illustration, etc.) to fulfill your daily hours, ensuring consistent output. Though rarely needed, highly qualified backup creatives are also ready to step in if someone is unavailable.

Managing Your Team

While team members are assigned to your account, you have control over the workflow and project priority:

• Communication: You can interact directly with your team members through the platform or by adding them to your Slack or Teams channel (one platform only).
• Managing Concerns: A “flag” feature is available within each project, allowing you to quickly report an issue or provide feedback for our support team to review and address. If you have larger concerns, please contact your Production Coordinator or Flocksy Support for further assistance.
