How to Request an Integration with Slack, Teams, or Monday.com

Flocksy's team can work directly inside your preferred platforms, sharing updates and collaborating where you already work. No complicated integrations are needed.

Who Can Be Integrated?

  • Production Coordinator (PC): If a PC is included in your plan (4+ hours/day), they can be added to a single dedicated channel of your choosing: Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Monday.com.
    • Important: They can be added to only one platform.
  • Dedicated Creative Team Members: Team members may also be added to an allowed channel upon request from the client.
    • Important: They can be added to either Slack or Microsoft Teams, but only one platform.

How to Request an Integration

  1. View Integration Page: On the platform's Platform Integrations page, you will see options for Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Custom Integrations.
  2. Request Setup: Select Setup Integration for your preferred platform.
  3. Real-Time Collaboration: Once set up, your PC and team can proactively communicate, post project updates, and answer general questions directly in your channel.
