Flocksy Production Holidays
Flocksy provides global creative coverage with teams in five countries; each creative receives five national holidays and up to one week of vacation annually. Clients are notified in advance of these planned breaks, which are already factored into subscription costs and do not qualify for credits or adjustments.
Overview
At Flocksy, our team operates across several countries, including the United States, Argentina, Mexico, Peru, and Colombia, allowing us to provide global creative coverage.
While we strive to maintain consistent production throughout the year, each creative receives five (5) national holidays off annually, based on their country of residence.
We also account for vacation time and country-specific public holidays, ensuring our teams are rested and performing at their best.
You’ll receive a notification at least one week before any scheduled production holiday or team member vacation, allowing you to plan projects accordingly.
Holiday Guidelines
- Each creative follows the official national calendar for their country (United States, Argentina, Mexico, Peru, or Colombia).
- Flocksy recognizes up to five (5) national holidays per creative, per calendar year.
- Additional holidays may occasionally be observed, with advance notice if production will be affected.
- If your dedicated creative is unavailable due to a holiday or vacation, your Production Coordinator will notify you in advance to help you plan around it.
- Our subscription plans already account for these scheduled holidays and are not subject to prorated adjustments or credits.

Vacation Time
In addition to national holidays, creatives may take up to one (1) week of vacation per calendar year.

Pro Tip
Add these holidays and upcoming vacation dates to your own calendar to plan projects ahead.
This helps ensure deadlines are met and avoids last-minute rushes when production is paused.
