If you are on a 4+ Daily Hours Plan (or higher), you are paired with your own dedicated Production Coordinator (PC). Your Production Coordinator works behind the scenes, helping organize creative requests, manage timelines, and track project progress.

- Align Priorities: They help the team align priorities with your queue and break down large or complex projects into actionable steps.
- Proactive Communication: They proactively communicate via email, platform messaging, or your dedicated Slack, Teams, or Monday.com channel.
- Project Support: They help maintain project tone and direction throughout your account by supporting creatives and clarifying feedback.
- Calls: They host kickoff and check-in calls as needed, especially after sign-up, to review your goals and expectations.

Scheduling a call is the easiest way to get personalized guidance and ensure you're making the most of your plan.
