How to Upgrade, Downgrade, or Cancel Your Subscription
Flocksy offers you the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your account as needed. Downgrading is a great option if you have a temporary slowdown in workload, and upgrading to a plan with more hours is perfect for busy quarters or large campaigns.
How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Flocksy Account
To request a switch to a different subscription plan (either an upgrade or a downgrade), please follow these two steps:
- Email Support: Send a message to support@flocksy.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled subscription renewal date to request the change.
- Include Your Details: Use the email address associated with your Flocksy account and clearly state which daily hours plan (e.g., 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8-hour plan) within your subscription you would like to switch to. How to Cancel Your Flocksy Subscription
Option 1:
- In the platform, choose the option: 'Cancel at End of Period'. This option can be found in the sidebar under Settings, then Manage Plan.
- Once you answer a short survey, you are able to cancel your subscription, effective at the end of the current subscription period.
Option 2:
- Email Support: Send a message to support@flocksy.com within 48 hours of your scheduled renewal date.
- Include Your Details: Use the email address associated with your Flocksy account.
